STEP NINETEEN: CREATE POPUP

We will now create a popup to catch the last attention of visitors before they leave. There are many websites on the internet, with a lot of annoying popups when you visit the website, but we do not want to do that.

We will create a popup that will trigger when the visitor tries to leave the page by hovering the mouse outside of the website, this is a very simple way to not annoy people, but still try them to give you an email, so you can start marketing to them.

1) GO TO BRIZY - POPUPS

Visit Popups under the Brizy section in the WordPress dashboard.

2) CREATE NEW POPUP

Click "Add New" and name it any way you want to.

3) CHOOSE TEMPLATE

Choose a template from already premade designs from Brizy, or start a blank new popup.

4) DESIGN THE POPUP

Design the popup any way you want. We are doing a simple popup on this website to let people fill in their email, so we could let them know about new blog posts or new business models when we add one.

But if you want to take this to another level, you can easily create a popup with a coupon code with a sale for their first order on your website.

5) MAKE IT GLOBAL

Select "Make it Global" to show this popup on every page on your website.

6) TRIGGERS

Click "Display Conditions" under "Make it Global" and set the trigger conditions as "On-Page Exit Intent". This will make this popup show only when the visitor hovers the mouse from the page, this means if the user will hover on the red "X" to close the page, it will trigger this popup.

We also recommend triggering this popup only once, because you don't want them to show every time they hover the mouse outside from the page, just show it once, if they want to fill the email, they will do it.

7) CONDITIONS

Set "All" with the "Include" as conditions to display on all pages and posts on your website.

8) CONNECT WITH GETRESPONSE

Do not forget to connect the button on the popup with GetResponce, so the welcome email we already created will be automatically sent to them, with links that will lead back to our website.

9) CONNECT

Choose "Apps" at the top, click "GetResponse" and connect this popup. We already set the welcome email to be sent to every new email subscriber, so the second they click on the button, you will get the email, and they will instantly receive a welcome email confirming their subscription.

STEP TWENTY: SETUP EMAIL MARKETING

Dropshipping is not just setting up the website, marketing will be the biggest thing you will work on since the website and product is chosen, the work is done once and does not have to be touched anymore, that is the beauty of dropshipping. Your work will transform from building and creating the business, to trying to get the most amount of people to your website and bring as many customers as possible.

Email marketing is often overshadowed by social media marketing and advertising, but email marketing is one of the most effective marketing channels available. Every dollar spent on email marketing yields an average return of $38 — a 3,800 percent ROI. Furthermore, over 59 percent of all marketers stated that email was their highest ROI. A simple method of email marketing is to create a "pop-up" on your website that simply states that you can subscribe to their email list to receive new, or possibly some sale coupon for a 5-10% sale or more.

This method is the most effective and quickest way to establish a relationship between you and your customer. You can then directly automate email responses to people that did specific actions or not. You could send an email to everyone that subscribes with a sale coupon, if a person buys, you could send some email tips and probably send another sale coupon a month after as a "customer gift".

5) INTEGRATE WITH WORDPRESS

Click on "Menu" in GetResponse dashboard, and click on "Integrations and API".

6) CONNECT WITH YOUR POP-UP

You can directly connect GetResponse to your email pop-up in Brizy pop-up builder. Simply click the button and then the socket icon. Copy the API and paste it in the field. And done, you can now test if it works.

Click on the "Socket" icon on the right and click on "Apps" at the top, now select GetResponse and fill in your email address with the API key found on GetResponse website.

After filling out, this proccess will automate email sequences, so after someone put the email in and click the button, it will automatically send them confirmation email, that could guide the customer back on the website to make our profits higher.

You now have email marketing software set up, and you are ready to create automatic email sequences to unlock the true potential of your website revenue.

STEP TWENTY ONE: SETUP EMAIL MARKETING SEQUENCE(S)

Before you start promoting your business to the masses, it is very important to set up email marketing and overall email marketing automation to maximize revenue from customers that bought, or those that did not buy yet. You can create automatic sequences with GetResponse very easily, and maximize your profits. Did the customer visit your store, but did not buy anything?

Try sending him a coupon. Did the customer buy? Send him a "Thank you" email with a gift for his next purchase in your store. Did the customer add the product to the card, but then forgot to check out (happens more than you think)? Send him an email notice that he forgot to checkout.

Click "Log In" and log in to your account.

3) CREATE NEW EMAIL

Go to the "Tools" and click "Email marketing". You will have a blank page here, click "Create newsletter".

4) CUSTOMIZE

We will create a welcome email, which means when someone subscribes to our email list, the GetResponse will automatically send them an email welcoming new subscribers. Click "Edit message" to edit the email itself.

5) DESIGN

You can build emails with drag-and-drop builder as well as you can build your website. Drop your logo at the top and design the email itself as you want, pop a social media there to gain followers, and a button to take them to the website.

6) FINISH THE DESIGN

Do not forget to welcome new subscribers and thank them for doing this, and might assure them that their subscription has been successful. Do not forget to save it if you are done.

7) AUTOMATION

Now we will automate this sequence so GetResponse will send email automatically without any of our efforts. Go to the Tools and click "Automation", on this page click "Create workflow".

8) START FROM SCRATCH

Click on "Start now" to start from scratch.

9) SUBSCRIBES

Enter any workflow name, only you will see it, and choose "Subscribes".

10) SEND MESSAGE

Drag and drop "Send message" under the created box.

11) CONNECT

Connect the dots to automate this action.

12) SELLECT EMAIL

On the right choose "Automation" and under that, select the email we just created. And done! We now have an automatic email that will every new subscriber receive!

13) CREATE MORE AUTOMATIC WORKFLOWS

Build following email sequences with waiting periods to not scare the people and make them unsubscribe, we recommend a maximum of 1 email per day, you can do more but remember, less is sometimes more (less email - less unsubscribed people - more subscribers). This will be unique to any business, but GetResponse is very easy to understand and you can create specific automation you want yourself.

There is also a tracking feature, so you can create specific emails to specific actions subscribers make. This means you can wait a week if the subscriber did not buy anything and send them a sale coupon, did they open the email but not click the link to your website? wait another week and send them the last coupon with an even higher sale.

There are truly a lot of possibilities and working to perfect email automation will benefit your business a lot, but you do not have to mind this at the start so much, we recommend setting just a welcome message at the start and creating more automatic sequences when you will grow your business by some amount.

Do not stress too much about this, the sequences can be created at any time, so you can just collect emails and start sequences after. Do not treat your email list like a promotional channel, send helpful informative content and just send a promotional email here and there, I recommend every 3rd - 4th email as promotional.
